17th ALL INDIA PAINTING COMPETITION FOR SCHOOL CHILDREN – 2012
AWARDS & PRIZES
1. Top Ten Awards : Best National Award – 10 Prizes
2. First Prize : Gold Medal – 100 Prizes
3. Participation Certificate : For every participant
4. Institutional Awards : Best School/Best Principal/Best Teacher
· Memento + Rank Certificate will be awarded to National Award Winners.
· All Medals are Gold plated and the number of medals likely to be increased or decreased depending upon the participants.
· More than 100 students participated schools will be awarded for institutional awards.
ELIGIBILITY: The competition is open to students of classes 1st to 10th / Matric / +2 / Intermediate, all over India. There are three groups
1. SUB-JUNIORS : 1st class to 5th Class
2. JUNIORS : 6th Class to 8th Class
3. SENIORS : 9th Class to 12th Class
TITLE: Participants can choose their own topic and medium in color or black & white.Size of the work ¼ drawing sheet or 15 x 10 inches drawing sheet which need not be mounted/framed/laminated. Every participant can send minimum one painting maximum five paintings.
REGISTRATION: Entry fee of Rs.100/- per participant. Entry fee should be paid by Bank Demand Draft or M.O. only in favor of Prof. K. Sunder Kumar, payable at Hyderabad. Entries should be sent by Regd. Post/Reg. Parcel/Speed Post/Courier Service.
JUDGEMENT: Decision of the Panel of judges will be final. Results will be announced after 35 days of the closing date. All the winners will be informed by post and same will be hosted at our website. Paintings will be used for Vijay Information activities and they shall not be returned. Awards and prizes will be sent directly to the concerned schools/junior colleges/individuals by Regd. Parcel Post. All disputes will be subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only.
ENCLOSURES: The following details are to be given of the back of each entry in English with Block Letters – Name – Age & Sex – Class – Title of the Painting – School/College Address – Residential Address – Phone No’s, - email and students list – etc.
